All guests will be at least twenty-five years of age,accompanied by parents, or married. The Villa is non-smoking and pet-free. Allarrivals are for Saturday at 3:00 PM or later and departure times are at 9:00 AM or earlier. Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday with monthly Snowbirdrates available on request. Daily rates are available during the off-season. Cleaning fees are included in room rates, however,rates do not include South Carolina tax.
